Job 36:11
If they obey and serve Him, They shall spend their days in prosperity, And their years in pleasures.
The first score to settle here is that God wants us to Prosper. Now, when we talk about Prosperity what exactly do we mean? There are the levels of Prosperity that God wants us to enjoy, as believers.
1. Spiritual Prosperity – The first thing Jesus died for, especially for the benefit of the believer was their Faith in God. This therefore means, after reconciling man to God, it would yield their spiritual well-being and hence their spiritual prosperity.
2. Mental Prosperity – The spirit that we have received from God is of a sound mind. God wants us to experience mental prosperity always., conceiving and unleashing divine ideas.
3. Bodily Prosperity – John, the beloved, is praying for the church so that they may prosper and be in good health. This thus, means that it’s God’s will to have bodily prosperity. A life free of diseases and infirmities or any kind of bodily oppression.
4. Relational Prosperity- The psalmist advocates by the spirit of God that it’s good for the beloved to live together in unity. He also advocates to owe no one anything except Love. It’s said that one’s networks dictate their net worth. How much is your net worth?
5. Financial Prosperity.- most people rank this as the highest level of prosperity. Little do they know if you have these other levels in place even without finances, you are still prosperous. Money cannot buy any of them.
6. Destiny and Purpose Prosperity. This is when you prosper in in your God given call, mandate, vision and assignment. Not many people realize this and thus end up resting/quitting unfulfilled. This is the pursuit that causes God to send money, relationships, health and all the rest your way. Focus on your God given assignment and you’ll enjoy the rest of the levels of prosperity.
May Job 36:11 be your portion in Jesus name! Have a blessed Sunday ahead.😊
